TNC22 Ventures LLC, dba POSPayTech.net operates as a regional sales office and acts as a relationship manager for third-party payment processors. We also serve as resellers of POS equipment that is compatible with our strategic processing partners’ payment networks. We do not directly process payments but facilitate merchant relationships with licensed payment processors. By accessing the Website or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms

PayTronix Commerce provides POS payment technology solutions as a regional sales office and relationship manager, including facilitation of payment processing through third-party processors, merchant account setup assistance, merchant services support, and resale of compatible POS equipment and related tools. Services may include integration guidance with payment gateways, transaction support, and reporting through our partners.We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the short code. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
- You consent to receive marketing and non-marketing messages, including special offers, discounts, new product updates among others from TNC22 Ventures LLC dba POSPayTech.netat the phone number provided.
5. Payment Terms
- Fees: You agree to pay all applicable fees as described on the Website, in your agreement with us, or with our third-party payment processors. Fees may include setup, transaction, monthly, equipment purchase, or other charges.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other methods specified during signup or equipment purchase. You authorize us (or our processors) to charge your chosen payment method.
- Billing: Fees are billed in advance, per transaction, or upon equipment delivery, as applicable. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated.

- Late Payments: Overdue amounts may incur interest at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

- You are responsible for the accuracy of transactions and handling customer disputes/chargebacks.
- Prohibited activities include processing illegal transactions, high-risk activities without approval, or violating card network rules (e.g., Visa, Mastercard).
- We may assist in holding funds, suspending services, or reporting violations in coordination with our processing partners if fraud or non-compliance is suspected.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the Services for illegal purposes.
- Interfere with the Website or Services.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access.
- Transmit viruses or harmful code.
- Violate intellectual property rights.

16. Miscellaneous
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TNC22 Ventures LLC, dba POSPayTech.net.
- If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
- No waiver of any term is a further waiver.
