Will I have to retrain my staff?

Do I have to replace my current terminal?
In most cases yes — the Dejavoo P-Line is the terminal that supports the SPIn integration bridge. But terminals are affordable and the processing savings typically cover the hardware cost within the first month or two.
What if my software isn’t on the list?
Contact us anyway. The integration list grows regularly, and there may be an alternative approach depending on your software. We’ll be upfront with you if it’s not currently possible.
How long does setup take?
Once approved, most merchants are up and running within a few business days. The integration setup itself is typically completed in under an hour with remote support from our team.
